Flight Simulator

All pilots must be checked-out by a certified flight instructor, sign a rental agreement , maintain currency as required by Title 14 CFR Part 61 of the Code of Federal Regulations for the type of flight being conducted.

Certificates and Ratings

The published cost of training is based on the hours required by the training syllabus. The actual cost of training varies based on the students learning abilities. Examiners fees are not included.

The instrument rating and commercial pilot certificates require minimum pilot in command time. Time building may be required for each of these ratings depending on a pilots total hours. Students will be required to build time to meet these requirements. This cost is not including in the pricing above. Students enrolled in this course will receive our special student rental rate to meet the total time requirements of this certificate.
